Shipping Policy

Jewish Store Online offers free shipping on orders over the amount specified on the checkout page in the United States. “Shipping pricing” and “free shipping above”, depend on the delivery zone.

To qualify for free shipping, your order merchandise total before savings and estimated tax needs to be above the free shipping minimum in your delivery zone. (You can not combine multiple orders to reach that number.)

We can’t control delays caused by carriers, information errors, changes to orders, or bad weather. But if you ever feel like a delay is our fault, or even if you’re just worried about where your stuff is, please reach out and we’ll see what we can do to help.

Some items do not qualify for free shipping.

International

International shipping fees are calculated based on a combined basis of weight, value (for insurance purposes), and destination. Some orders are shipped in multiple parcels. We do not add additional fees to your order if we ship in multiple parcels.

Some items cannot be exported due to manufacturer or government restrictions.

We also reserve the right to block certain products from being shipped outside the USA.
